Primo Marella Gallery is delighted to present its upcoming project at AKAA – Also Known As Africa, featuring a dynamic selection of works by some of the most compelling voices in contemporary African art. Held annually in Paris, AKAA has become a key platform for showcasing the diversity and vitality of artists from the African continent and its diasporas.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of AKAA and, for this special occasion, we are proud to celebrate the richness of contemporary African art through works by Joël Andrianomearisoa, Samuel Nnorom, Tegene Kunbi, Godwin Champs Namuyimba and Amani Bodo – each offering a unique perspective on contemporary artistic practices across Africa and beyond.
