Agostino Arrivabene featured in the exhibition "Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses"

Kunsthal Rotterdam
Primo Marella Gallery is pleased to announce that two works by Agostino Arrivabene (1967, Italy) are included in the exhibition "Iris van Herpen: Sculpting the Senses" at Kunsthal Rotterdam.

Kunsthal Rotterdam is dedicating Hall 2 entirely to the visionary Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen (b. 1984), widely recognized as one of the most avant-garde couturiers of her generation. Known for blending cutting-edge technologies with the traditional craftsmanship of haute couture, van Herpen redefines the boundaries of fashion.
The exhibition, Sculpting the Senses, is an immersive, multisensory retrospective that explores van Herpen’s multidisciplinary universe. It features over 100 of her iconic creations and integrates fashion with contemporary art, design, and science. Highlighted through nine thematic sections, a re-creation of her Amsterdam studio, and a 21st-century cabinet of curiosities.

Van Herpen’s work is shown in dialogue with renowned contemporary artists and designers. This unique exhibition reflects on the human body’s relationship with space, the environment, and the future.

Curated in collaboration with Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris) and Maison Iris van Herpen.
