Primo Marella Gallery is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming edition of Kiaf SEOUL.
Kiaf SEOUL, South Korea’s first international art fair, has been a key player in the global art scene since it opened in 2002. As Seoul rapidly emerges as a global art capital, the fair continues to evolve, setting new standards and providing a dynamic platform where art brings people together and creates lasting memories. With over two decades of history, Kiaf SEOUL bridges traditional and contemporary art, connecting the Korean and international art markets in one vibrant space.

For this edition, the gallery will present the curatorial project Il Pittore Mistico (“The Mystic Painter”), featuring works by Agostino Arrivabene, Alessandro Sicioldr, Nicola Samorì and Ruben Pang. Four painters, four autonomous and coherent paths, united by a shared tension toward the symbolic, the sacred, and the visionary. In an age dominated by rationality, productivity and algorithms, these artists choose another path: that of intuition, spirituality and painting as an act of revelation.
At the heart of the project is a simple but radical idea: to return painting to its original function as a “door” to an elsewhere, as a tool to get in touch with the invisible. Whether dreamlike visions, sacred apparitions, inner myths or transforming figurations, Il Pittore Mistico (“The Mystic Painter”) places painting at the center as a spiritual medium, capable of embodying mystery and making it visible.
